2.The FFA of walnut oil can be adjusted from 0.1 to 10 on request.
3.Peroxide value of oil can be adjusted from 3 to 20 on request.
4.No antioxidant is added to the
oil.
5.The walnut oil should be stored at a
cool (10-20℃) and dry place, protected from
light.
6.The shelf life of the oil is 2 years
in the original package. Once opened the package, the oil should be used within 6 months.
